Jake Tapper’s Book Tour Sparks Controversy
CNN’s Jake Tapper is in the midst of a book tour after releasing a new bestseller alongside Axios’ Alex Thompson.
The book delves into how aspects of Joe Biden’s mental and physical decline were overlooked or even concealed by those close to him during his presidency.
Interestingly, Tapper himself was a key figure in the media’s coverage during that time. This self-proclaimed “expose” seems more like an admission of complicity than a true revelation.
According to Mark Levin, “Jake Tapper had the most insight into Joe Biden than almost any other journalist. People around Biden knew he was in close proximity to the senator.”
Levin criticized Tapper for publishing this book now and suggested it’s outrageous, saying, “He was part of the cover-up, so it’s frankly unethical.”
Tapper concluded that he “understood one of the biggest political cover-ups and scandals in American history.” Yet, Levin argues that instead of uncovering the truth, “the media fought us at every turn.”
He speculated that if a certain debate hadn’t occurred, the media might have allowed Biden to continue his facade, making him their chosen candidate.
With the revelation now public, it seems Tapper has seized the chance to play the victim while profiting from his book, which Levin views as hypocritical.
“Tapper has the audacity to urge people to buy his book when he’s been part of the problem,” Levin remarked. “It’s time to rethink our history and his role in it.”
He further stated that mainstream journalists are neither experts nor honest, but rather “propagandists for the left and for government bureaucracy,” calling Tapper’s actions a “complete scam.”
