Married Florida attorneys disbarred after no-contest plea in case of ‘super drunk’ sexual assault against their babysitter

A Florida couple, both practicing attorneys, have been disbarred after filing an appeal in a case in which they were accused of sexually assaulting their longtime babysitter.

Gabriel and Sarah Warren, both 40 years old, were arrested on March 12, 2023. Both were charged with sexual assault.

Investigators conducted DNA tests on the woman's clothing and found a match to the Warrens.

In June, the Warrens pleaded no contest in Leon County Circuit Court to one count each of unlawful use of a two-way radio communication device to further or facilitate the commission of a felony.

The Warrens were sentenced to 15 days in county jail followed by four years of state probation.

They were disbarred this week by a Florida court.
