Disturbing Case of Maryland Paramedic
A Maryland paramedic has been found guilty of recording himself engaging in lewd acts, which he then posted online. This resulted in some of his coworkers unknowingly consuming his bodily fluids.
Christopher Carroll, who was part of the Baltimore County Fire Department’s quick response team, received a sentence of 25 years in prison for his actions, which involved at least three incidents. These details came to light through reports from the Baltimore Banner.
At 36 years old, Carroll pleaded guilty to the charges in August, admitting that he wanted to become some sort of adult film star to profit from his illicit behavior, which supposedly started in September of 2025, as indicated in court documents.
Carroll uploaded a total of 64 videos to an adult subscription site called JustForFans, where he charged viewers $7. Reportedly, many of these recordings took place at the fire department’s headquarters in Towson and a local fire station in Pikesville. Authorities later found his bodily fluids and DNA in various locations throughout the offices and even inside an ambulance.
In one of the videos, Carroll was seen urinating into an ice maker, later mixing what he referred to as a “repulsive cocktail” with a scoop and giving a thumbs up—unbeknownst to the staff who later used that machine. Allegedly, he captioned this particular post, “They always say don’t drink the yellow snow, but I’m just trying to make a slushie.”
Moreover, Carroll reportedly masturbated into a coffee creamer bottle before returning it to the communal fridge. Investigations uncovered that he also ejaculated onto a female supervisor’s keyboard, which was situated near her eating area, and he spread his fluids over food prepared at the firehouse.
Due to the severity of his actions, the fire department conducted “hazmat cleaning” across all their locations, completely replacing the ice machine and sanitizing several vehicles.
Expressing deep regret during his sentencing, Carroll stated, “I’m truly sorry to everyone who has been involved. I’m absolutely ashamed that I caused so much hurt,” as reported by the Baltimore Banner.
Prosecutors criticized Carroll, stating that he brought shame to a community that is dedicated to service. One of the victims expressed their disillusionment, feeling betrayed by Carroll, who used their trust for his own depraved pleasure.
Carroll was arrested on February 4, facing 23 charges related to his conduct. After negotiating a plea deal, he ultimately pled guilty to three counts and received a prison term that is five years shorter than what prosecutors had initially sought.
Interestingly, despite the gravity of his actions, Carroll had remained employed by the county until his sentencing, working with individuals facing mental health or drug-related crises.
Furthermore, prosecutors suggested that there could be additional victims, as he had reportedly urinated into a fragrance dispenser at a doctor’s office, afterward plugging it back in. There have also been concerns raised regarding one video that seemingly captured his two children in the background.
