Maxim magazine on Thursday endorsed Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election in a post via X.
The post, which currently has more than 23,000 likes, reads: “Maxim supports Donald J. Trump for President.”
The magazine has not yet released details of its decision to support the former president.

The top comment reads, “And you just lost zero fans. You probably gained some.”
Founded in 1998 by Felix Dennis, Maxim describes itself as “catering to the modern man with content that promises to seduce, entertain and continually surprise readers.”

At its peak in the early 2000s, Maxim's subscription circulation reached more than 2.5 million readers. It is currently owned by American company Biglari Holdings.
The current editor-in-chief of Maxim is Sardar Biglari.

Also, during Maxim's heyday, competitors like GQ were also tailoring their content to younger audiences. The magazine has since changed hands several times, with founder Felix Dennis first selling the magazine for $250 million.
Maxim is now primarily a digital publication, with print editions published bimonthly to subscribers. Maxim's Hot 100 was released about two weeks ago and features names like Sidney Sweeney and Elizabeth Hurley.
