Hair doesn't go anything.

Mayor Eric Adams acquired laser hair removal procedures in Manhattan this week, touting support for the administration's small and medium-sized businesses.

The photo posted on social media shortly after Plackey's efforts was on Harlem Zen, a wellness spa at Frederick Douglas Boulevard, on Monday as owner Angela McTear stretched out his already hairless head. He showed the hesoner reclining in the chair.

Adams used the spotlight to turn his attention to his administration's Small Business Opportunity Fund. It was a public-private partnership launched in January 2023, and according to city hall, it released more than $85 million in loans to 1,046 companies.

The fund began at $75 million from the city and private partners, including the Goldman Sachs and the Comprehensive Growth Center for Mastercard Centre. We offer low interest rate loans of up to $250,000 to eligible small businesses.

McTair received a $60,000 loan from the fund, allowing her to move locations and improve spa services.

video Of the steps posted by ABC7, McTair showed the back of Adams' head while the mayor was wearing dark safety glasses.

“With help like what you gave us, we were able to upgrade to this machine you are experiencing today,” the spa owner excitedly told Adams on the video. He spoke.

Reddit users Claiming to have had laser hair removal described a similar experience as having her skin “lit up” and illuminated.

However, during the 10-minute procedure, Adams spoke to reporters about supporting his administration's small and medium-sized businesses, which seemed relatively calm.

“You can come to the community and say that we've done this policy. We put these millions of dollars in and now we can see the results,” Adams pulsed Green Laser. I said that sometimes.

Photo Op was Adams' second hair removal stunt, a month after stoking a brow at Queens in January to celebrate the public safety initiative at Roosevelt Avenue.

“Ah, photo ops,” another wrote.
