Mega Millions jackpot rises to $650M after nobody draws winning numbers

The Mega Millions jackpot has grown to an estimated $650 million after no one hit the winning ticket in Friday night’s drawing.

The winning numbers drawn in Friday night’s $607 million drawing were 61, 33, 15, 37, and 55, with the Mega Ball being 24. Megaplier was 4x.

The next Mega Millions drawing will be held on Tuesday, with players hoping to win an estimated $650 million jackpot. This comes with his $308.6 million cash option. A winner typically chooses cash over a Mega Millions annuity, which is paid out as one immediate payment and then his 29 annual payments.

The odds of winning the grand prize are 1 in 302,575,350.

The last Mega Millions jackpot was won on Dec. 8, when two California winners matched all six numbers and took home a $395 million prize.

A record $1.6 billion jackpot was won in Florida on August 8, 2023. The prize is the largest lottery prize ever won on a single ticket in the world.

Florida’s $36 million Mega Millions jackpot winner didn’t take it.

The current $650 million jackpot is the seventh-largest prize ever offered on this game.

Mega Millions is played in 45 states, as well as Washington, DC, and the US Virgin Islands. The deadline to purchase tickets is 9:45pm on the night of the draw.
