Judge Juan Marchan is keeping former President Donald Trump away from campaigning by keeping him in the courthouse while the jury is deliberating, Trump’s lawyer, Jesse Binnall, said in an interview. Breitbart News Daily.
“Why are you keeping him in court?” host Mike Slater asked Vinal during his appearance Wednesday.
“I think we all know that when Judge Marchan scheduled this case and the reason she was intentionally keeping Donald Trump in her courtroom and keeping him out of her courtroom was because she wanted to keep him off the campaign trail,” Vinal said, explaining that whatever the verdict, Marchan would win by keeping Trump off the campaign trail for a significant period of time.

“He knows that this trial is a punishment, and that even if the jury acquits, even if the verdict is not unanimous, he still has an advantage in this case because he has been able to prevent Donald Trump from going out and campaigning, while his chosen candidate, Joe Biden, is free to not only travel around the country and campaign, but also use this case to attack Donald Trump,” he explained.

“I think this is one of the greatest travesties of justice that we’ve ever seen in our criminal justice system,” he added.
Vinal’s appearance followed a Biden and Harris news conference outside the courthouse on Tuesday, during which actor Robert De Niro launched into a deranged anti-Trump tirade.
