Meta warns investors Mark Zuckerberg’s MMA passion could impact business

“Mr. Zuckerberg’s absence for any reason could have a material adverse impact on our operations,” Mehta continued in the report.

“I tore my anterior cruciate ligament while sparring and just had replacement surgery,” Zuckerberg wrote in an Instagram post. “I am grateful to the doctors and team who treated me.”
