Harrowing new video shows the moment passengers on a Miami tourist boat went from cheering with joy to screaming in horror after a crash that left 13 people injured.

Thirteen people on the boat were injured in the crash, and one person was airlifted to the hospital after more than 30 Miami-Dade Fire Rescue personnel were called to the scene.
