According to a report in the Daily Mail, Pope Francis accused Miller and the church of “conspiring” to “defraud and deprive” Micah Miller of his rightful share after selling a home to the church, which currently owns four properties with a taxable value of $5.59 million.
Tom Winslow, probate court attorney for the Rev. John Paul Miller, told The Post and Courier that because Micah did not leave a will, Miller, not the family, should administer his late wife’s estate.
