A Michigan family shopping at Walmart had their Amish horse and pram stolen from the parking lot over the weekend, police said.
According to the Sturgis Department of Public Safety, the victims left the retail store around 5:30 p.m. Saturday and noticed the horse and pram were missing.
The driver of a truck parked in the lot told authorities he witnessed the woman steal the buggy. He gave a description of her to the police.

Police said authorities learned that he had come into contact with a woman at Walmart earlier in the day. Hours later, officers found the pram and horse, police said.
The 31-year-old woman was found at a nearby motel and arrested. She was booked into the St. Joseph County Jail on charges of theft and livestock theft.

The horse was unharmed and the stroller was returned to the family.
Authorities have not released a motive for the theft.
