Mickey Rourke seen in LA following his eviction from his Beverly Hills residence

Recently, Mickey Rourke, donning a striking red hairstyle, was seen exiting a pizza place in Los Angeles. This comes after he was officially evicted from his rented residence in Beverly Grove.

With dark sunglasses shielding his eyes, he wore a cowboy-style shirt, partially unbuttoned, and jeans paired with a loose leather belt while leaving Mulberry Street Pizzeria in Beverly Hills.

An eviction notice was discovered attached to the door of Rourke’s previous home on Drexel Avenue, as the actor officially lost his living situation this week.

Documents from the court indicate that Rourke’s former residence has reverted to the landlord, Eric T. Goldie.

A judgment was filed in default at the Los Angeles County Superior Court, suggesting that the “Iron Man 2” star may have missed the deadline to defend himself against the charges.

In December, a court document mandated that Rourke vacate the property within three days or face repercussions. He was delinquent on rent to the tune of $59,100.

In January, a U-Haul truck was seen at his home as he began moving his possessions out. At that time, he was reportedly staying at a luxury hotel in West Hollywood, where rooms start at $550 a night.

Rourke rose to fame in the early 1980s with notable roles in films like “Heaven’s Gate,” “Body Heat,” and “Diner.” He later gained a reputation for intense performances in classics such as “9 1/2 Weeks” and “The Pope of Greenwich Village.”

However, in recent years, his popularity as an actor has significantly waned. His latest projects include the sports romantic comedy “The Roaring Game” and the parody “Not Another Church Movie.”
