Middle school teacher shared nude photo and committed inappropriate acts with 14-year-old student, according to police.

Authorities in Florida have charged teachers with sending explicit images to middle school students and engaging in inappropriate conduct with a minor.

According to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office, a 28-year-old educator, identified as Oliver, has been implicated in an illicit relationship with a 14-year-old boy at Carlos E. Hale Middle School in Bradenton.

On March 3, the student reported to a school resource aide that his teacher had been reaching out to him via social media since December 2024, as detailed in a notice from the sheriff’s office.

Detectives from the sheriff’s Crimes Against Children Unit have commenced an investigation into these disturbing allegations.

The sheriff’s office reports that an explicit photo, which includes a naked breast, was identified as belonging to Falz.

Captain Mark Molly commented that evidence gathered from the photo matched elements of Oliver’s home background.

Law enforcement has executed a search warrant to retrieve data from the teacher’s phone and social media profiles, leading to discoveries suggesting inappropriate behavior towards the victim.

Authorities also found that Fell had initiated contact with students multiple times online.

Further investigation revealed additional evidence from Snapchat, which prompted an increased focus on the case. Following this, an arrest warrant was issued, and Oliver turned himself in on June 2.

He has been charged with indecent conduct with a student and a second-degree felony for transmitting harmful substances to minors.

Oliver has been booked into the Manatee County Jail, with orders to refrain from contacting the alleged victims and other minors.

The investigation is ongoing.

In related news, Michael Barber, a communication director for Manatee County Schools, stated that Oliver would be reassigned to off-campus duties and would have no contact with students.

Principal Irene Nikitopoulos informed parents that it took several weeks for police to confirm allegations of unlawful communications.

Nikitopoulos added that the district is committed to cooperating fully with the ongoing investigation.

Anyone with relevant information is urged to reach out to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office.
