A Haitian immigrant is accused of sexually abusing a 10-year-old boy in Mansfield, Massachusetts, after reportedly flying into the U.S. through President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris' parole process last year.
Akim Mark Desire, an 18-year-old Haitian national Arrested He was arrested by the Mansfield Police Department late last month and charged with indecent acts and assault on a child under the age of 14.
be Report According to Fox News, Desiree was accused of sexually abusing a 10-year-old boy who lived next door to her in the neighborhood. The day after his arrest, Desiree was indicted on child sex offense charges in U.S. District Court in Attleboro, Massachusetts.
Desiree was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents after being indicted and remains in federal custody.
According to a Fox News report, Desire was airlifted to the US in June 2023 through Biden and Harris' controversial CHNV program, a parole process created by the administration that has successfully brought hundreds of thousands of Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans back to the US.
Last month, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas temporarily suspended the CHNV program following reports of widespread fraud and abuse. But just a few weeks later, DHS reinstated the program.
