A Venezuelan TikToker who went viral last month for defending criminal illegal immigrants and encouraging immigrants to illegally occupy American homes is now on the run from immigration authorities, a new report says. It was revealed.

Leonel Moreno claimed he had been receiving $350 a week in benefits from the government since his family, including his wife and young daughter, entered the United States illegally.

On top of that, he claimed to earn $1,000 a day as a TikTok influencer. But his account, which at one point had more than 500,000 followers, appeared inactive Wednesday morning.

Moreno is said to have cut off his ankle monitor after being released on parole at the border, and is now listed as a “fugitive” by immigration authorities. The New York Post reported Wednesday, citing documents from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

ICE did not respond to requests for comment. Moreno was reportedly paroled at the border in April 2022 as part of the government’s Alternative to Detention Program. The program is supposed to track immigrants who are caught and released when there is not enough room to detain them.

Moreno previously told the audience that his plan was to create a business by “invading” vacant properties, occupying them using squatter’s rights laws, and selling them for a profit.
