A Nicaraguan immigrant has been charged with sexually assaulting an 80-year-old woman in Miami-Dade County, Florida, after she suffered a fall in her home.
Eric Garcia Gutierrez, 37, an immigrant from Nicaragua, arrested He was charged Oct. 19 in Miami-Dade County with a first-degree felony count of sexual assault of a physically helpless person.
On Oct. 15, an 80-year-old woman fell while preparing food and was lying “on the ground” in her home pleading for help, according to Miami-Dade police.
