Mexican immigrants who were arrested on Friday for helping a Wisconsin judge avoid arrests by US immigrants and customs enforcement agents, court records show.
Eduardo Flores Lewis, 30, was arrested on ice last Friday after a pretrial hearing before Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan.
Flores Lewis faces three types of domestic abuse. It can cause physical pain and injuries. These are all Class A misdemeanors.
He first appeared in court on March 18th after alleged incidents that took place on March 12th.

“The illegal alien of this crime has a laundry list of violent criminal charges, including strangulation and choking, batteries and domestic abuse,” Tricia McLaughlin, assistant secretary for the Department of Homeland Security’s spokesperson, said in a statement. “Since President Trump took office, activist judges have tried to obstruct the mission of Americans to keep President Trump and his American homeland safe, but this judge’s actions to protect foreigners accused of violent crime violations from justice is shocking and shameful.”
Flores-Ruiz was previously deported in 2013 Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
He is currently being held at the Dodge Detention Facility in Juneau, Wisconsin, according to a local outlet.
The FBI arrested Dugan on Friday after allegedly hiding Flores Lewis from the Ju Court’s Office to prevent arrest.
According to criminal charges, Dugan was arrested and charged with obstructing the official case after evidence was revealed that official proceedings protected the shield from ice agents. She was also accused of hiding an individual to prevent discovery and arrest.

Dugan demanded that officers proceed to the Supreme Court’s office – after the hearing was over, escorted the ju judge’s door, which escorted Flores Lewis and his lawyers, and detoured public areas where agents were waiting to arrest him in accordance with the complaints.
Attorney General Pam Bondi said the alleged victim of Flores Lewis was in court with state prosecutors when Dugan helped him escape immigrant arrest.

According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Dugan appeared in federal court in Milwaukee on Friday and made no public comment during the brief hearing.
Her lawyer, Craig Mustantouno, told the court: Her next court appearance will be May 15th.

Flores Lewis’ next appearance in court is scheduled for May 14th.
