Miguel Rojas of the LA Dodgers jokes about Blake Snell being the 'weakest guy in camp'

Blake Snell experienced his first challenge of the season on Monday, thanks to a comment from a Dodgers teammate.

In a Q&A on Instagram with Los Angeles’ social media crew, Miguel Rojas candidly suggested that Snell probably does the fewest push-ups on the team.

“Just push-ups?” the 2025 World Series Game 7 star remarked. “Blake Snell. 100 percent. He’s the weakest guy in camp.”

While Rojas acknowledged Snell’s athleticism as a pitcher, it was evident that the two-time Cy Young Award winner didn’t take the comment very well.

In a lighthearted response in the comments section, Snell said, “The weakest guy in camp is crazy 😂.”

Rojas later tried to clarify, mentioning that his comment stemmed from a prior discussion about grip strength, but Snell seemed unconvinced.

“My grip strength is definitely in the bottom five 😂 But I’m not the weakest at push-ups 😂,” he countered.

Rojas then shifted his stance completely, attributing strength to another fellow pitcher instead.

“This is my responsibility,” he admitted. “I definitely think you could be @rokisasaki, bad. Sorry brother 🤣.”

When it came to choosing the strongest Dodgers players, opinions varied, but Mookie Betts and Hyesung Kim emerged as fan favorites.

Interestingly, neither of these players chimed in to dispute the claims in the comment section of the video.
