Minnesota Democrat Calls Transgender Athlete Bans ‘State Sanctioned Genocide’

Minnesota representatives who identified them as “non-binary” are banned from trans athletes playing in girls' sports, no more than “nationally sanctioned genocide.”

Democrat Rep. Leishkozlowski shed tears over the bill being debated Monday amid debate over the ban on trans athletes from Minnesota Girls Sports. Fox News It has been reported.

Kozlowski, who claims to be the “only two spirits” member of the state legislature and has the pronoun “them/them” on social media, said the bill, HF12aims to be “bullying and non-binary children.”

“A bill that doesn't bully trans and non-binary children like HF12… it's not about sports equity. It's about erasing trans girls, non-binary, and two spirit children and people in public life.” “We can assure you that just because you're trying to take us out of sports, we won't stop our kids from being transgender,” Kozlowski leveled.

“Politicians and unelected billionaires from the White House in Minnesota home are seeing double the efforts of the agenda to deprive fear of division, the agenda of harm to our community,” said the leftist. Added.

The bill, which had 35 sponsors, barely lost the vote that would be passed Monday with a 67-66 vote. I needed another vote to pass.

Minnesota has become one of the most vocal states that refuse to follow President Trump's ban on transgender athletes in women's sports. Last month, the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) issued a statement saying it would only comply with state laws relating to trans-athletes, not federal regulations.

Statewide school sports organizations argue that the rules are “determined by state law through the Minnesota Human Rights Act and the Minnesota Constitution,” and that state law takes precedence over federal rules.
