‘Miraculous triumph’: IDF rescues four hostages that were abducted by Hamas during the Nova music festival on October 7

Regarding al-Ghamani, one of the hostages abducted on October 7, the IDF posted on X: “245 days. 245 days since Noa held her father and terminally ill mother in her arms. 245 days since she danced with friends at the Nova Festival. 245 days since Noa was held captive by Hamas terrorists whose only purpose was to inflict pain and suffering. Today, Hamas’ torture of Noa has ended and she has been reunited with her loved ones.”

The Daily Mail reported that the Hostage Families Forum Headquarters, a volunteer group focused on helping hostages return home, hailed the Israeli military’s “miraculous victory” in rescuing the four hostages.

The group said in a statement: “The IDF’s heroic operation to free and return Noa Al-Ghamani, Shlomi Ziv, Andrei Kozlov and Almog Meir Jan is a miraculous victory. Now, as jubilation spreads across Israel, the Israeli government must not forget its promise to return all 120 hostages held by Hamas – those who are alive for rehabilitation and those who were killed for burial.”

“We continue to call on the international community to exert the necessary pressure on Hamas to accept the proposed agreement and release the remaining 120 hostages being held. Every day that passes is a day that passes,” the statement concluded.
