Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has demanded that the Justice Department turn over “communications related to the illegal prosecution of President Trump.”
In a long thread posted to X on Thursday, Bailey said he believed President Biden was plotting to prosecute former President Trump.
“I am demanding that the Department of Justice turn over communications related to the illegal prosecution of President Trump, including communications between the Department of Justice and Manhattan Attorney Alvin Bragg, New York State Attorney Letitia James, and Fulton County Attorney Fannie Willis. “This includes communication with prosecutors,” he said.
He added: “Thanks to the evidence that has emerged, my office has reason to believe that Mr. Biden’s corrupt Justice Department is home to the illegal prosecution of President Trump.”
Bailey said the investigation into Trump appears to have been conducted in coordination with the Justice Department, saying, “Matthew Colangelo, the third-highest ranking official at the Justice Department, has been transferred to the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office to prosecute the president. “What I did.” Trump will take office in December 2022. ”
