Model Charged with Multiple Felonies for Home Burglaries
Authorities have announced that a model and social media influencer from Los Angeles is facing several felony charges. Adva Ravi, 27, who also goes by Mia Ventura and is a former Penthouse model, allegedly used a dating app to break into the homes of elderly individuals.
According to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, Ravi would pose as a girlfriend or traveling companion to gain access to her victims’ homes, stealing cash, gold, and luxury items. As an OnlyFans model, she gained a following online and maintained a lavish lifestyle, often driving luxury vehicles like Mercedes and Porsches.
Ravi reportedly targeted wealthy older men and young women in areas such as Westlake Village, West Hollywood, Los Angeles, and Beverly Hills.
She has pleaded not guilty to the charges and is slated for arraignment on April 6. Currently, she is in custody, wearing an ankle monitor, and has been ordered to maintain distance from her alleged victims.
Prosecutors state that this scheme took place between 2023 and 2025, with Ravi using dating apps to build relationships with her targets before entering their homes.
On March 23, she was ordered to face six felony charges, which include two counts of fraudulent use of personal identification information, two counts of grand theft, and two counts of first-degree burglary.
If convicted, she could face more than 11 years in state prison. Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman indicated that the evidence would be presented to a jury. He noted that “this defendant abused the trust developed through her online relationships to gain access to her victims’ homes” and that her manipulative abilities, whether in person or online, have now ended.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department previously released a bulletin detailing Ravi’s alleged actions and included information about the luxury car used during the crimes.
In a related incident, Michael Sartain, host of the podcast Access Vegas, mentioned that while she was a guest on his show, Ravi entered a dressing room and stole credit cards and cash from the female panelists’ bags. “She just went through everyone’s bags,” Sartain recounted.
