Shocking new video shows a crazed otter threatening the family of a boy at a WA marina moments after nearly drowning him after pulling him off a pier.

The boy narrowly escaped death after being dragged into the water by a rampaging otter, but the boy's frightened mother was also attacked by the otter during her morning walk, authorities said.
