A 40-year-old Hispanic man, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, was reportedly raped inside what law enforcement officials are calling a “rape dungeon on wheels” within the sanctuary jurisdiction of Los Angeles County, California. He is accused of violently sexually assaulting and raping two women on separate occasions.
Investigator Eduardo Sarabia tell me FOX11 Los Angeles reports illegal alien from Mexico arrested Paid He was charged in Los Angeles County with one count each of forcible rape and forcible oral copulation.
Investigators said Sarabia allegedly drove the female victim to a secluded area in the Angeles National Forest, then raped her inside a 2015 Ford Transit van. Police told FOX 11 that Los Angeles is an “abhorrent rape facility” and a “rape dungeon on wheels.” ”
The next day, Sarabia allegedly drove the second victim to the same secluded area and sexually assaulted her inside the van. During the second sexual assault, investigators said Sarabia was arrested by law enforcement.
Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón, an ardent supporter of state and city sanctuary policies, said, “As district attorney, it is my solemn duty to seek justice for victims of violent crimes, especially sexual assault.” It is an obligation.”
The horrifying and violent sexual assaults that these two survivors suffered at the hands of the alleged suspects are extremely disturbing. And incomprehensible. Our thoughts are with the victims at this extremely difficult time. [Emphasis added]
Sarabia is being held in the Los Angeles County Jail without bail and could face up to life in prison if convicted.
California, and Los Angeles in particular, is one of the nation’s most prominent sanctuaries for refusing to hand over illegal aliens who have committed crimes to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for detention and deportation.
