Fox News Digital has obtained new footage of country singer Morgan Wallen allegedly throwing a chair off the roof of a bar in Nashville, Tennessee.
Video captured by EarthCam recorded the alleged incident at Chief’s Bar on Broadway on April 8 at 10:45 p.m.
In a statement to X, the Metro Nashville Police Department wrote that Warren was charged with three felony counts of reckless endangerment and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct after throwing the chair. His attorney, Warrick Robinson, confirmed the charges to Fox News Digital, adding that the singer was arrested at 10:53 p.m. and is “fully cooperating with authorities.”

Police said the chair fell off near two officers who were on the road below. They also shared a mug shot of Warren smiling.
This bar is owned by country music star Eric Church. A representative for the singer, who also represents Wallen, had “no comment” on the situation when contacted by FOX News Digital yesterday.

According to the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office, the “Last Night” singer was booked at 12:36 a.m. and released at 3:29 a.m., according to Detective County Clerk Howard Gentry, with Warren’s bond set aside. The price was listed at $15,250. A court appearance on future charges is scheduled for May 3.
This is not the first time Warren has been arrested. In 2020, the country singer was arrested outside another Nashville bar, Kid Rock’s Big. [A–] Honky Tonk and Rock ‘n’ Roll Steakhouse after being kicked out of the store. After his arrest, Warren wrote in a post by We were playing horses with each other,” he wrote. We did not intend to cause any harm, but we would like to say that we are sorry to the staff at the bar and to those affected. ”
He added: “To the local government, thank you for your professional and courteous work. We love you all.”

There are rumors that Warren threw a chair in pain after learning that her ex KT Smith, who is also the mother of her young son Indigo, eloped with digital content creator Luke Scornabacco shortly after getting engaged.
But a person familiar with the matter told Fox News Digital that there is “zero accuracy” to that idea.

The incident at the bar occurred just days after Wallen kicked off his 2024 One Night at a Time Tour in Indianapolis.
