Most disapprove of Trump's approach to Ukraine, Russia: Survey

Most Americans disapprove of President Trump's approach to country's relationship with Russia and how the situation in Ukraine is handled, according to the new one. investigation Released on Friday.

A CNN poll conducted by SSRS found that 59% of respondents disapproved of the handling of Trump-Washington-Moscow relations. About 41% said they disagreed. Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday he was open to supporting the 30-day ceasefire, but offered ambiguous terms on supporting the proposal.

A Reuters/Ipsos poll released Thursday found that the majority of Americans believe Trump is in too close alignment with Russia. The survey found that 56% of US adults agreed to the claim that the US president was too close to Moscow.

The CNN poll was conducted between 1,206 US adults from March 6-9. The margin of error was 3.3% points.
