Most Employees of Sweden Migration Agency Have Immigrant Backgrounds: Report

Whistleblower Claims Swedish Immigration Agency Favoring Foreigners

A whistleblower from the Swedish Immigration Service has alleged that many officials involved in immigration decisions are foreigners, suggesting the formation of a network where ethnic and religious ties lead to preferential treatment.

In an interview with Swedish outlet Samnytt, the source stated that since the European migration crisis in 2015, the agency responsible for asylum, residency, work permits, and citizenship has undergone significant changes.

They noted a cultural shift within the agency, where multicultural values are prioritized, and highlighted that ethnic Swedes now represent a minority among the staff tasked with managing Sweden’s borders.

The whistleblower reported that many officials do not hold Swedish citizenship, and it is common for various foreign languages to be spoken in the workplace. This, they claim, has led to the emergence of ethnic networks within the agency.

“The biggest impact is the inability to understand what is being said between groups and between employees because everyone speaks their own language,” the whistleblower explained.

They pointed out further that this behavior creates clusters of similar backgrounds within the office, with Kurds sitting with other Kurds, Somalis with Somalis, and Syrians with Syrians, despite possible internal divides.

The official stated that the agency’s multicultural dynamics not only disrupt social cohesion but also facilitate an environment where certain ethnic groups prioritize their own over others, potentially strengthening their standing in Sweden.

“It’s not just the communication barrier; it’s also about different groups forming within institutions, almost like clans, eager to bring in their own members from home countries,” the whistleblower claimed.

They mentioned that approximately one-third of the agency’s staff identify as Muslim, with some reportedly becoming more radical after the October 7 terrorist attacks in Israel, leading to a noticeable increase in Muslim women wearing hijabs at work.

According to the whistleblower, clan affiliation plays a key role, with Muslims divided into various factions but showing solidarity in their views towards Jews and Israel.

The source suggested that the only way to address these issues would be to “shut down the entire government,” asserting that superficial changes wouldn’t resolve the underlying problems.

“Changing names or transferring responsibilities won’t help; the same people will follow. To make a real difference, new people and a completely new approach would be necessary,” they concluded.
