Homeland Security (DHS) secretary Christa Noem flaunted the deportation of illegal immigrants with criminal history by the Trump administration in a video posted to X. .
“With President Trump now in the White House, it's incredibly incredible that we can deport him,” Secretary Noem said in the video. She then began to show mug shots of three unlawful criminal immigrants, explaining their beliefs.
“Child molestators. Arsonists, online child predators. These are just a few of the scumbags that have been illegally arrested for the past few days,” Chief Noem wrote in the post.
Noem said the people featured in her video are only a few of the illegal criminal immigrants that the administration has been able to deport the country.

In an appearance on “Jesse Watters Primetime” on Tuesday, Executive Director Noem announced that the administration would implement the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952.
“What this does is provide them with the opportunity to come back one day and become part of America's dream,” Noem told Watters.
There are criminal penalties for immigrants who choose not to leave the US, register with the federal government, get fingerprints, and choose to notify the federal government of changes to their addresses.

Director Noem stressed that DHS is enforcing federal laws “always in place” and that they have not enacted anything new.
“This is not a new law. I am announcing that we intend to enforce our laws. Using this tool, we provide people with the opportunity to follow the law and come home. We're going to make sure we're back and become part of our country's future.”

On Monday, a DHS spokesperson told Fox News Digital that Noem secretary would end its use of the CBP One app. However, if they are doing it for self-declaration, they are allowed to fly. Under the Biden administration, controversial apps allowed immigrants to fly without adequate ID.
DHS and ICE did not respond immediately to FOX News requests for additional information.
