Angel mom Tammy Nobles said her 20-year-old daughter, Kayla Hamilton, was allegedly killed by members of the illegal alien MS-13 gang, but President Joe Biden's Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials said, “If I had done my job properly,” he said, he would have survived.
As Breitbart News reports, Hamilton was strangled and raped in July 2022. He was reportedly a member of the Illegal Alien MS-13 gang and had recently been released into the U.S. interior as an Unaccompanied Alien Child (UAC) despite his MS. 13 Gang members.
Nobles and her lawyer, Brian Claypool, accused Biden's DHS and Health Services of failing to vet undocumented immigrants in El Salvador for gang ties before releasing him into U.S. soil. announced that it would sue the Department of Human Services (HHS).
“The hardest thing is, this could have been prevented. If they had done their job properly, I still could have had my daughter,” Nobles told NewsNation. He said as follows.
I want everyone to know what's happening at the border. I had no idea what was going on until my daughter was brutally murdered and raped, but now I understand…This story is truly amazing when you learn that no one at the border did his job and looked into his background…All they had to do was make one phone call to El Salvador and learn that he was a listed member of the MS-13 gang. It's crazy how he got all the way from Texas to Maryland to ride in the same trailer as my daughter. [Emphasis added]
Claypool said DHS, whose Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas runs an extensive catch-and-release network at the southern border, “must be held accountable” for Hamilton's killing.
Claypool said DHS repeatedly failed to properly vet members of the illegal alien MS-13 gang accused of killing and then raping Hamilton.
“All they had to do was… follow their own protocols and lift up the T-shirt of this… young man who was trying to enter the border. [and] They would have seen gang-related tattoos,” Claypool said. “Why not? That would disqualify him from entering this country. He should have been sent back to El Salvador at that moment.”
Nobles and Claypool also noted that DHS officials could quickly learn that a suspected illegal alien was actually a member of the MS-13 gang by simply making a phone call to law enforcement officials in El Salvador. He also said that he could have done so, which would have triggered his deportation.
“The situation gets even worse,” Claypool elaborated:
HHS…was responsible for putting him in a detention facility for a few days and then making phone calls and making sure this young man had what's called a “verified sponsor,” meaning a relative, a confirmed known relative… [HHS] He too will fail and they will pay the price. Because he… fled about a month after going to this alleged “authorized sponsor.” [Emphasis added]
The situation will only get worse. [The illegal alien suspect] In this trailer, we are introduced as roommates with the beautiful Kayla, who is being rented by another illegal immigrant. That's all. The federal government has blood on its hands. They had a duty to protect Kayla and others in this country. [Emphasis added]
Nobles said her daughter was “very loving and very happy.”
“The thing that best represents her is the song we played at her memorial service, “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.'' She had a great outlook on life,” Nobles said. “She knows she didn't have a clue [of] evil in this world. ”
Mayorkas currently faces an impeachment effort led by House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Mark Greene (R-Tenn.), who has invited the nobles to testify before the committee. . Mayorkas did not appear before the committee and was not allowed to meet with nobles.

“We hear a lot about more money, more resources, and all that, but how is that going to help their work in the first place? “I let Kayla down by not making that phone call – that one phone call could have saved my baby's life. They didn't do that,” Nobles told Congress. .
“I know Americans commit crimes against other Americans, but why do we have to bring back trash from other countries?” Nobles is an illegal alien accused of killing her daughter. People talked about members of the MS-13 gang.
From FY2021 to FY2023, 370,000 UACs were released into the interior of the United States by Biden's DHS. The majority of UACs (61% to 66%) are male, and 69% to 72% are between 15 and 18 years old.
