Myles Garrett Supports Chloe Kim at the Winter Olympics

Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett is currently in Italy to root for his girlfriend, Chloe Kim, a champion snowboarder, during the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan.

Garrett, who was named the 2025 Defensive Player of the Year at the recent NFL Honors ceremony, expressed his pride in supporting Kim as she competes in the women’s halfpipe. He mentioned in interviews that he looks forward to being her “rock” throughout the competition.

“Sunday ends here. I’ve got about 12 hours to come back, and then I’ll hit the road to see her,” Garrett said on Radio Row, just before the 2026 Super Bowl. He added, “She’s mine all year long, so I just try to be her rock.”

The couple began dating in May 2025 and made their relationship public on November 23, sharing a kiss on the sidelines before a Cleveland game against the Raiders.

“We’re both very supportive of each other,” Garrett shared. “She’s always checking in on me, and I’m doing the same, making sure she’s feeling good emotionally and physically.”

Garrett, a five-time first-team All-Pro, and Kim, a two-time Olympic champion in women’s snowboard halfpipe, both thrive in their competitive spheres.

“It’s definitely competitive. When we’re passionate about our sports, it even shows during our games,” he noted, adding with a smile, “I’m probably more romantic than she is.”

The couple first appeared together publicly last May at the Crunchyroll Anime Awards in Japan. Kim was also there to congratulate Garrett after he broke the NFL’s single-season sack record in a game against the Bengals in January.

At 25, Kim is making a significant bid for history at the Winter Olympics. If she clinches the gold in the Italian Alps, she would be the first athlete to achieve a three-peat in Olympic history.

Kim previously made her Olympic debut at 17 during the 2018 Pyeongchang Games, winning gold, and then secured another gold medal at the 2022 Beijing Games.

Her qualifying event is set to happen on Wednesday at the Livigno Snow Park.
