Just weeks after the hip-hop mogul's lawyer asked that the “mysterious” woman's name be made public, a New York judge has ruled that her identity will not be made public, at least for the time being.

Judge Annalisa Torres on Thursday criticized the rapper's attorney, Alex Spiro, in a new filing. She accused Spiro of being belligerent and trying to “speed up” the legal process.
