Stocks with the biggest price moves after the bell: Snowflake, VF Corp and more
Some of the stocks whose prices changed after the close of trading are as follows:
- Snowflake — The cloud computing company’s stock rose more than 4%. First-quarter revenue exceeded market expectations, at $829 million, compared to market expectations of $786 million, according to LSEG.
- VF Corp. — The apparel and footwear company posted an unexpected loss in its most recent quarter and its revenue fell short of Wall Street expectations, causing its shares to fall nearly 12%.
- LiveRamp Holdings — The advertising technology stock beat analyst estimates with fourth-quarter results and rose about 17%, according to FactSet. LiveRamp also announced strong guidance for the current quarter and full year.

Live Nation shares fall after Bloomberg reports that the Justice Department is looking to break up the entertainment giant
Live Nation Entertainment shares fell 6% in after-hours trading. bloomberg news The Department of Justice will file antitrust charges against the major ticket sales company, citing people familiar with the matter.
Solutions being considered include breaking up Live Nation, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg. The concert promoter merged with Ticketmaster in 2010.
Earlier this month, Live Nation reported a record first quarter, with revenue up 21% year-over-year to $3.8 billion.

Nvidia stock rises 6% to over $1,000 on strong results
Nvidia shares rose more than 6% in overnight trading, surpassing the $1,000 mark for the first time ever, after another strong quarter driven by strength in artificial intelligence.
The company reported adjusted earnings per share of $6.12, beating LSEG’s estimate of $5.59. Revenue was $26.04 billion, exceeding expectations of $24.65 billion. The company also provided strong revenue guidance, saying it expects sales of $28 billion for the current quarter, compared to LSEG’s forecast of $26.61 billion.
Nvidia also announced a 10-for-1 stock split and said its revenue for the period increased 262% year over year, marking the third consecutive quarter of growth of more than 200%.
