A minor was harassed at a Planet Fitness gym in North Carolina after a 38-year-old man claiming to be a woman barged into the women’s locker room and stripped naked.
According to the Gastonia Police Department, Christopher Alan Miller was arrested on lewd lewdness charges after an incident at Planet Fitness gym in Gastonia on April 4th.
Miller allegedly forced his way into the women’s locker room and stripped himself “completely naked” in front of the 17-year-old girl. According to WSOC-TV.
According to local news outlets, the man allegedly applied lotion to the boy and asked him to take a shower with him.

A woman allegedly called 911 to report a break-in.
“He’s a man, but he claims to be a woman and won’t come out of the bathroom,” the 911 caller told emergency personnel. “But he just walks around showing himself to us and he doesn’t want to leave.”
“So he’s naked?” the dispatcher asked.
“He is completely naked,” the caller told local media.
After his arrest, Miller was released on $25,000 bail.

“All members have access to restroom and locker room facilities consistent with their self-declared gender identity, to the extent permitted by applicable law,” it reads.
Planet Fitness CEO McCall Gosselin said in a statement to Fox News Digital that the gym has “zero tolerance for harassment.”
“At Planet Fitness, the safety of our employees and members is our top priority and we do not tolerate harassment of any kind within our clubs,” Gosselin said. “We took immediate steps to ensure the safety of our club members, including contacting and cooperating with the police.”

The gym chain has recently been in the spotlight after Planet Fitness defended a transgender man who was photographed shaving in the women’s locker room.
Patricia Silva had her Planet Fitness membership revoked after she alerted employees to the presence of transgender members and then recorded herself talking about the ordeal.

Silva said she “loved” the man as a “spiritual being with a human experience.” However, she was “not comfortable” with individuals shaving in the bathroom.
Ms. Silva’s video went viral and received tremendous support from many on social media and in her own community.
