NCAA Changes Rule After Oregon’s Dan Lanning Uses Sneaky Tactic, Purposefully Drawing Penalty To Win Ohio State Game

Well, it didn't last long.

A loophole that Oregon used to save time in the closing minutes of Saturday's win against Ohio State has been closed by the NCAA.
