New AI tool streamlines credit report disputes for Kikoff users across the country

Kikoff Launches AI Credit Dispute Tool

Cynthia Chen, the CEO and co-founder of Kikoff, recently shared insights during a conversation with Fox Business about the potential of new AI tools in enhancing personal finance, particularly in relation to credit scores.

Since its introduction, Kikoff’s AI credit dispute tool has been utilized by consumers over 70,000 times. This feature, which offers users a way to identify and rectify mistakes in their credit reports, is now accessible via the Kikoff app.

Kikoff provides a credit-building service starting at $5 per month. The AI tool is essentially a free service for Kikoff users, designed to assist in spotting errors and managing disputes with just a few taps in the app.

“We’ve seen impressive engagement, with consumers using the tool more than 70,000 times since it launched,” Chen noted.

Furthermore, Kikoff referenced Consumer Reports, which pointed out that nearly half of those who checked their credit reports last year found mistakes, with some errors being significant enough to impact credit scores severely.

A Florida user named Ashley Weeks shared her experience: “Before Kikoff, filing a dispute was confusing. Now, I’ve used the credit disputes multiple times; it makes the process much simpler. I believe it has genuinely led to better outcomes for me since I can easily review the letters Kikoff provides.”

Looking ahead, Chen is optimistic about the role of AI in personal finance. She thinks that many traditionally costly services, often bogged down by manual processes, have the potential to be automated. This, she believes, would enhance accuracy and predictability in financial management.
