At this point, we all expect to see some gay stuff in Disney-Pixar children’s films and television series. So it’s a pleasant surprise to see the studio change course, axing a planned transgender storyline from an upcoming series.
What else could they do? America has spoken.

It’s not a matter of bowing to a MAGA mob, as the libs shrieking online make it seem. These are the people who bullied studios into reflecting their whims (and fetishes) in the first place. Refusing to capitulate to them any longer simply reflects the view of the vast majority of America. And of course, that means it’s a smart business decision.
Exit polls showed that transgender sports and bathroom issues — probably the two most visible subjects in the panopticon of LGBTQ outrages — had an overwhelming impact on the 2024 election. A whopping 70% of voters said it was an important issue for them.
This doesn’t mean over two-thirds of the country suddenly decided to put on their MAGA hats. Rather, they’re sick of LGBTQ insanity being shoved down their throats at every turn, as the election results show, a majority voted accordingly.
This is the long overdue revolt of normal people. Good on Pixar for noticing.
