News Corp names Arthur Bochner chief communications officer

News Corp on Thursday announced that veteran communications adviser Arthur Bochner will become chief communications officer and executive vice president, following the retirement of longtime communications director Jim Kennedy later this year.

Bochner, who spent the past 10 years at Disney, will join News Corp., parent company of the New York Post, Wall Street Journal and Dow Jones, this month and work with Kennedy and others during the transition. is.

Prior to Disney, she held communications roles at Bloomberg, Citigroup, and FD Public Affairs.
