Nick and Vanessa Lachee shared a secret that sets their marriage afloat.
Vanessa, 44, revealed that in her busy schedule, the 13-year-old married couple proposed to devote themselves to the intimacy of one day. Vanessa and Nick host a handful of Netflix reality TV shows while raising three children.
“He's like, 'What do you schedule a sex day?'” the model recalls Nick's reaction to the interview suggestion. With the bride. “It sounds strange when you say it, so we decided: Wednesday – Hump Day.”

The idea actually came from a friend of the couple who scheduled their intimacy on Thursday, the outlet reported. Nick, 51, Vanessa, admitted they dropped out of their “Hump Day” routine, but they're working to get back on track while keeping up with family logistics.
“We don't want the time when intimacy and connection are passed on to logistics, but that's what we live,” Vanessa added. “I think we are in an age where we have to spend Hump Day and Logistics Day.”

Married in July 2011, Lacheys has hosted several shows, all centered around finding love.
In “Love Is Blind,” contestants test the theory that they can fall in love with someone without seeing what they look like.
Nick and Vanessa supported their relationship to the show contestants, particularly by revealing the discussion and how they worked. Couples will also participate in treatment.
“It's really important to have a third person perspective, an unbiased opinion,” Vanessa said of therapy.
“That's good [the contestants] To see that, yes, we've been together for 19 years, we're married at 13, we'll meet a therapist, but we still have problems,” she added.

Nick also emphasized, “Whatever is worth the work.”
“For me, it is the cornerstone of life, and marriage is no different. There is no shame in that.”

Vanessa previously told Fox News Digital that her family plays a role in every decision she makes.
“I have a great support system for my husband, and I don't take it for granted,” she explained. “I know there are a lot of single parents out there. Many parents struggle just not to get family or help. I'm very grateful to have them. ”
