Nina Dobrev is going through a difficult time.
Last month the actress revealed she was in a cycling accident which left her with injured leg, and now she’s shared photos documenting the incident, showing off the bulky brace and crutches she needs to walk.
“Lately, I’ve made some changes to my life,” she wrote on Instagram alongside the photo. “I’ve traded ‘selfie’ for ‘leg-baring pic.'”

She added: “Get ready for leg content, because that’s all my camera roll has these days.”
In many of the photos, the “Vampire Diaries” star is lying in bed with a cast on, in others he’s standing on crutches, and in one he’s sitting with his feet up on a chair in a hospital waiting room.
Her boyfriend is an Olympic gold medalist Shaun WhiteWhite also appears in the video, paying tribute to Dobrev’s Vampire Diaries character. In the video, White dances around the room wearing a sweatshirt that says Elena Gilbert and yells “Gilbert.”
“You’re crazy, and I love it,” the actress told him.
The final photo on the carousel is a slip of paper pulled from a fortune cookie that reads, “It’s fun to do the impossible.”

Last month, Dobrev revealed in an Instagram post that she had been in an accident.
“The beginning and where we are now,” she captioned the post, with the first photo showing her riding a bike and the second showing her lying in a hospital bed with knee and neck braces.

She didn’t go into detail about the events that led to the accident, but after sharing the original photo, she posted on her Instagram Story, “I’m OK but have a long road to recovery ahead of me.”

Dobrev’s injury comes just days after White revealed to Us Weekly that the pair are on a bucket list together.
“We really enjoy spending time together. Usually I’m competing and she’s filming a project or something… but now we get to spend time together,” he said. He told the media“We went to Antarctica, Dubai, visited her mom in France, went to Monaco, Indonesia. We went everywhere.”
