Crossfire Hurricane was a federal investigation that began with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her unsecured and illegal home server.
“Not only did it contain our nation's most secret information, but it also contained evidence of the Clinton Foundation's illegal foreign bribery scheme, in which the Foundation received tens of millions of dollars from foreign governments and entities.” said the Trump transition team. “When she was secretary of state, she was doing favors in return for these donations. She was caught with an illegal home server and brought a hammer to the device,” he continued. “She destroyed the evidence. It's an obstruction of justice.”
Davis explains that his illegal home server was “almost certainly hacked by an adversary.”
“What the Clinton campaign, President Obama, and Joe Biden campaign were concerned about was that this server would be compromised by the Russians before the 2016 election. So what did they do? prepared the Steele dossier at the national law firm Perkins Coie.
“They used the Steele dossier to fabricate corrupt evidence and pass it on to intelligence agencies and the Department of Justice. They used it to obtain illegal spying warrants from the FISA court regarding President Trump's campaign. “And continued to spy on President Trump as President of the United States, sabotage his presidency, and carried out this Crossfire Hurricane for this purpose,” he added.
Had the evidence been released before the 2016 election, Davis said, Clinton could have argued that it was a “dirty trick by the Trump campaign” in collusion with Russia.
“And you say, 'Oh, Mike, that's crazy, how can you be such a conspiracy theorist?' Well, they're talking about corruption in the Biden family on Hunter Biden's laptop in 2020. I did the same thing,” he tells Wheeler.
Wheeler is impressed with Davis' knowledge and assessment of the problem.
“This is why I want you to be attorney general,” Wheeler said. “Now I give you a heartfelt compliment. I'm not just joking. That's the kind of understanding of the laws that have been targeting President Trump, and by the way, President Trump represents us. But if we're really going to untangle this problem and reform these systems, this is the kind of understanding we need.”
