Records obtained by Breitbart News show that President Joe Biden experienced multiple bouts of confusion and “memory failure” during his meetings with special counsel Robert Hur.
Mr. Xu’s investigation, which concluded in February, found that Mr. Biden “intentionally” kept classified documents but declined to prosecute, citing “insufficient evidence.” Mr. Xu characterized Mr. Biden as an “old man with a bad memory.”
Below is an example of Biden’s memory becoming confused during a deposition.
One:
“When did I announce my inauguration as president?” Biden asked when asked about stepping down as vice president.
two:
“Um, uh… I don’t know. What, 2017, 2018, that part of here?” Biden was asked about his residence in Northern Virginia.
three:
“If it was 2013, when would I have stopped being vice president?” Mr. Biden responded to a question, asking where classified documents were kept.
four:
“So, here I am in 2009. In 2009, am I still vice president?” Biden asked in response to a question about document transportation.
Five:
“Will Mr. Trump be elected in November 2017?” Mr. Biden asked when speaking about his son’s death.
6 and 7:
Twice, Biden couldn’t remember the word “fax machine.”
“Where there’s a printer, do you know what the machine is called?” Biden asked. White House Counsel Ed Siskel said the president was referring to a “fax machine.”
For the second time, Biden couldn’t remember the word “fax machine” when describing objects in his home.
“When I built that house, there was a space built into the wall for a copy machine. What do you call it when they send these things over?” Biden said.
“Fax machine,” Siskel reminded Biden again.
“It’s a fax machine,” Biden acknowledged.
