Thousands of Americans gathered in the South Bronx on Thursday night to support former President Donald Trump and hear how he plans to reverse dangerous trends that have begun or worsened under the Biden administration.
Despite the headline “Trump Bombs the Bronx,” Axios
Admitted “Trump’s address to thousands in a heavily Hispanic neighborhood in New York City, a heavily Democratic city, was a sign of a realignment between the two parties.”
“Trump’s Republican Party is becoming more working class and more multi-ethnic,” the magazine said. “Democrats are winning over more educated suburban voters.”
New York Governor Kathy Hockle said black children in the Bronx “don’t even know the word ‘computer,'” just weeks after calling a New York Supreme Court justice an “extremist” for following the law. Conclusion On CNN’s “The Lead” on Thursday, he called members of this diverse group of working-class Americans “clowns.”
Host Jake Tapper commented that HawkleA deplorable group of peopleHe seized on the moment by saying, “Donald Trump, former President Trump, will be holding an event in the Bronx soon to attract voters of color, Latino and African-American voters, particularly African-American voters, who are historically voting demographics that have been loyal to the Democratic Party.”
“This is really sport and marginal politics. What more does the Democratic Party need to do to solidify and mobilize its base?” Tapper asked.
“Jake, I’ll tell you what’s not going to make any difference is for Donald Trump to take the reins and invite all his clowns to places like the Bronx,” Hokl said. “New York will never, ever support Donald Trump for president. We know him better than anybody, and we know that he’s only looking out for his own interests. So this state will be solidly supporting Joe Biden for president, just as it has been in the past.”
“Biden is just nine points ahead of Trump. Trump’s favorability rating is not much worse than Biden’s.”
Trump received only 16% of the vote in the district.
37.8% “We will win in New York,” he assured the enthusiastic crowd, even though the state, which accounts for half of New York’s 2020 vote, has not supported a Republican presidential candidate since Ronald Reagan. Vote “The numbers are too big to be rigged.”
Wednesday’s Siena Poll
Shown The gap is no longer insurmountable: Biden only leads Trump in New York, 47% to 38%.
“In a state that hasn’t voted for a Republican presidential candidate in 40 years, since Ronald Reagan, Democrats have a 26-point registration advantage over Republicans, but Biden leads Trump by just 9 points. Trump’s favorability rating is not much worse than Biden’s,” said Siena College pollster Steven Greenberg.
“While 18% of Democrats support Trump, only 9% of Republicans support Biden, and the vote is tied 37%-37% among independents,” Greenberg continued. “Biden leads by 5 points among men and 12 points among women, so the gender gap is slim.”
In other words, the so-called ringleaders’ camp is more populous than Horckle thinks.
“So if Mr. Trump wants to spend his time doing fake rallies and pretending he has support, go ahead and do that. While you’re doing that, Donald Trump, Joe Biden is over there serving the American people. So spend as much time as you want in New York, because we’re with Joe Biden and Joe Biden is winning the rest of the battleground states,” Hawkle told Tapper.
Biden is currently unable to win any of the remaining battleground states.
“Now, this election is about President Biden’s economic record and America’s economic future.”
a
Cook Political Report Survey The latest poll released Thursday, which includes third-party candidates, shows Trump leading Biden by four points in Arizona, four points in Georgia, three points in Michigan, eight points in Nevada, eight points in North Carolina and three points in Biden’s home state of Pennsylvania. The two are currently tied in Wisconsin.
Head-to-head, Trump leads Biden by one point in Arizona, three points in Georgia, two points in Michigan, nine points in Nevada, seven points in North Carolina, and three points in Pennsylvania. In Wisconsin, the two states are also neck and neck.
“Right now, this election is about President Biden’s economic record and the future of America’s economy,” said Greg Strimple, president of GS Strategy Group. “Trump is in the lead when it comes to who voters trust to move the economy forward.”
While abortion remains a key issue for Democrats, pollsters noted that Biden’s advantage on the issue is not enough to “offset Trump’s overall strength on cost-of-living measures.”
