The court is scheduled to hear continued testimony from former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen on Thursday.

Trump’s defense team will continue cross-examining Cohen on Thursday. The lawsuit seeks to prove that Trump falsified business records 34 times to cover up former porn star Stormy Daniels’ claims that she had an affair with him prior to the 2016 election. The focus is on the prosecution team.
