NYC Man dead after plunging from Imperial House in Lenox Hill in apparent suicide

A 26-year-old man died Friday after jumping from an upscale Manhattan co-op in an apparent suicide, police said.

The young man was found in the rear yard of the Imperial House on East 69th Street off Lexington Avenue in Lenox Hill around 7:40 p.m.

He had “injuries consistent with a fall from a height,” New York City police said.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said no foul play was suspected.
