Mahmoud then drove to Mercedes House, a luxury condominium complex on West 54th Street, and waited about 30 minutes until a dark-haired woman wearing a midriff-baring white top and matching pants got into the Bentley.

With his new buddy in tow, Mahmoud drove half a block away to a wine and liquor store, where he bought a few bottles of white wine and a glass of red while his gal pals waited, blowing bubblegum bubbles.

After the woman spotted the photographer, Mahmoud swerved and drove for the next hour, hopscotching down Ninth and 10th Avenues between West 44th and 48th Streets.

Mahmoud's ex-girlfriend, Maya Willow Sias, 25, says a high-ranking doctor confined her to a luxury pad and injected fillers into her battered face without anesthesia, according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday. They allege that he tried to cover up the violence by doing so.

The abuse allegations are repeated by Mahmoud's ex-wife in her own long-running lawsuit dating back a decade, the harrowing details of which were previously reported by the Post.

Mahmoud, who previously denied Sias's accusations and sought to refute accusations from his ex-wife, did not respond to requests for comment on Thursday. He has not yet filed a response to Ms. Sias' lawsuit in Manhattan civil court.

Records show that the Bentley he drove on his night out has been hit with 74 parking and camera violations across New York City over the past two years, totaling $6,355 in fines.

Two other vehicles with handicap parking stickers used by Mahmoud have a combined 29 violations and $2,061 worth of fines, records show.

Brian Swerling, the ex-wife's attorney, told the Post that he believes the new allegations in Sias' case indicate an alleged pattern of abuse by the orthopedic surgeon. Ta.
