Obama-Appointed Judge Begins Probing Trump’s DOJ Over Deported Gang Members

Judge James E. Boasberg is investigating President Donald Trump's Department of Justice (DOJ) more than hundreds of illegal alien gang members who were deported using alien enemy laws. Boasberg ordered a temporary suspension of such deportation, but flights to El Salvador were already underway.

As reported by Breitbart News, Trump has called for the alien enemy laws and began deporting hundreds of illegal alien gang members in the Tren de Aragua and the MS-13 gang.

The left-wing American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and the democracy associated with Soros sued the Trump administration to stop the deportation on behalf of five illegal aliens accused of being gang members, but planes with nearly 300 gang members had already taken off for El Salvador.

Boasburg, appointed by former President Barack Obama; issued A temporary restraining order that prevents Trump from using alien enemies acts to expel illegal alien gang members, wanting to know how the gang members ultimately ended in El Salvador.

After Monday's hearing, Boasberg said he wanted information from the DOJ on deportation flights, including when the plane left the US, when they left the US airspace, the number of illegal aliens in flight had been deported solely due to alien enemy laws.

Boasberg said the DOJ must provide information by Wednesday around noon.

Already, Trump officials said the deportation flight was carried out despite Boasburg's orders, as the plane was no longer in US airspace and therefore could not turn.
