An Edmonton Oilers fan who exposed her chest during the team’s playoff game appears to be trying to make money off the story.
The woman, who goes by the name Kate, has signed a contract with Playboy, the magazine announced on Friday.
“Introducing Kate, the Oilers’ lucky charm,” Playboy wrote in the announcement. “The @edmontonoilers may not have won the Stanley Cup yet, but with the support of @k89.fly, they’re unstoppable. Meet Kate at the Playboy Club.”

The Playboy post included photos of Kate wearing a white see-through crop top that revealed her breasts and tight white shorts, as well as photos of her tying her skates and sitting in the locker room wearing an Oilers sweater, which caught the attention of social media.
In a post earlier this week, Kate addressed the backlash she’s received as a result of her newfound fame.
“Hey Oilers girls, my real name is Kate and here I am,” she said in a social media video. “So I’ve thought long and hard about what to say to y’all… but what I want to say is, even if you were the most perfect, godlike person in the world and you were able to save a kitten from drowning in a river, someone would still hate you.
“So you know what happened? Turns out I got drunk and exposed my boobs at an Oilers game and it went viral. If you don’t like that, then FUCK YOU. Yay! Go Oilers!”
