Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey’s wedding planning is in full swing.
While participating in Instagram’s Ask Me Anything over the weekend, the 31-year-old model revealed the “hardest part” of the planning process so far.
“Creating the guest list is the hardest part,” Culpo said on her Instagram Story. “Many venues have limits on the number of participants. [people]”
Culpo, who announced his engagement to the 49ers running star in April 2023, also expressed what he is most looking forward to on the big day.
“Marrying my best friend!!!!!” the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit alum exclaimed of McCaffrey, 27, in another post.
Details about the couple’s upcoming wedding are being kept secret, but McCaffrey is in awe of Culpo, who “steers the ship” when it comes to planning.
“She did a tough job.” McCaffrey told “Extra.” last month.
“Right now, she’s definitely in the driver’s seat when it comes to weddings. I’ll give input if I need to, but obviously her style is incredible and she Everything I want is what I like too, so things are going really well. Having someone like her to not only support me as I am, but also to handle all of that. I’m so grateful that she allows me to do whatever I want in the moment while she’s still working on her career.”
It’s been a busy start to the year for McCaffrey and Culpo.
The former Miss Universe winner supported the NFL’s reigning Offensive Player of the Year when he competed in the 2024 Super Bowl in February.
The 49ers faced the defending champion Chiefs at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, but San Francisco ultimately fell behind 25-22 in overtime.
“I thank God for a healthy season and for putting my best friend on this earth.” Culpo posted on Instagram Following the loss.

McCaffrey finished the 2023 regular season with a career-high 1,459 yards and 14 touchdowns. He also recorded 564 receiving yards and seven touchdowns.
