A 25-year-old man was killed and a 23-year-old man was seriously injured in a shooting in the Bronx on Saturday night.
Police responded to multiple 911 calls reporting shots fired in the area of East 187th Street and Tiebout Street in Fordham Heights just before 9 p.m. Saturday.
There, officers found a 25-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the chest and a 23-year-old man with gunshot wounds to the abdomen and buttocks.
Both victims were taken by ambulance to Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, where the 25-year-old man was pronounced dead, police said.
Police added that the 23-year-old is currently in stable condition.

The identity of the 25-year-old victim is not being released pending notification of his family.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
