O’Reilly signals Trump ‘making a mistake’ with Abrego Garcia stance

Bill O’Reilly argued that President Trump is “make a mistake” about his firm stance on the deportation and disgust of Kilmer Abrego Garcia, who hates bringing him back to the United States despite an order from the Supreme Court.

O’Reilly, Talking In his “Spin News,” he said he thought Trump could be alienating the Supreme Court by not promoting Abrego Garcia’s return.

“The Trump administration is making the mistake of not retrieving men because the Supreme Court wants to regain the man,” O’Reilly said in a comment highlighted by media people. “And if I’m President Trump, I don’t want to alienate the Supreme Court.”

O’Reilly pointed out that Abrego Garcia is a Salvadoran citizen in the US immigration system after the 2019 court order granted permission to avoid a life-threatening situation in El Salvador.

The deportation of Maryland became a flashpoint for American politics, and Democrats demanded that he return it.

A Supreme Court order that the administration would “promote” his return, Trump officials held the Salvador government accountable.

The fight also highlights the struggle against jurisdiction when trials take place in court.

O’Reilly was in favor of returning Abrego Garcia to the United States and having the judicial system handle the case.

Abrego Garcia is under scrutiny by the administration for his involvement in “human trafficking” and the MS-13 gang. The Department of Homeland Security revealed he was suspected of human trafficking when he was handed over in Tennessee in 2022 for a traffic stop while driving with eight others.

“The Tennessee authorities didn’t make any charges against this guy, Garcia, but they caught him. No, he’s not the one who cuts the grass on Saturday in Maryland,” O’Reilly insisted.

“But the Justice Department will have it proven and then you will boot him,” he added.
